The aim of the first part of the course is to study the actions and interactions of individuals and groups within organizations, to understand and anticipate individual, group, and organization performance, and to explain their functioning by identifying possible areas of improvement. The goal of the second part of the course is to provide students with the skills and practical organizational intervention tools needed to work within the HR function, ie to effectively manage staff and be mature "consumers" of the services offered by the function.
The course intends to provide students with knowledge on the role that the Human Resources Management function plays within companies.
