Financial regimes: simple interest rate regime, simple discount rate regime, exponential regime, compound interests. Market rates, interest rate term structure. Annuities and amortization schedules. Choices among financial transactions: rate of return, IRR, NPV. Zero coupon bonds and fixed coupon bonds.
