Objectives
Contents The first part of the course covers the legal concept of natural person. The following issues will be analyzed: fundamental rights, the notion of legal capacity and ability to act, key legal instruments for individual rights.
The second part concerns the legal status of minors with respect to the family, filiation, adoption, and maintenance obligations.
