The Course of Organization of the building process will tend to provide adequate preparation in basic knowledge and skills
characterizing disciplines (architecture, urban planning, building and environment) of the building process.
This preparation will allow students to interface with the construction process operators (in particular with specialists
planning and with the construction and management of the building heritage).
The specific area is that of the organization and exercise of the various phases attributable to programming, to
design, construction site construction, property management and technical-economic evaluation of processes
building.
The course aims to train a figure capable of communicating, in a complementary way, with the various technical-project skills,
in the different moments of the building process; architectural design phase, construction and construction phase
maintenance of the work; to know the procedures for awarding the works; to know the functions of responsibility in the
procedures for the construction of public works.
The profile of the studies is aimed at the preparation of an operator involved in the "planning" and oriented to the
integration of all the competences that contribute to the concrete "realization of the project".

During the course simulations will be conducted for the preparation of projects aimed at the
presentation of the DOCUMENTATION (D.I.A., SCIA, BUILDING PERMIT ....) by the party
of a designer to the competent municipal offices
