The course aims to provide knowledge and skills related to the principal aspects regarding corporate social responsibility as well as management and administrative characteristics of the different components of the third sector. In particular, the course aims at providing to students knowledge and skills in terms of institutional structure, organization and management as well as key variables and critical success factors concerning corporate social responsibility and social accountability and the peculiarities of third sector organisations
- Definition and evolution of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility - The Social Impact Analysis and the concepts of output and outcome - Institutional classification, composition and evolution of the non-profit sector - Classifications and theoretical approaches at international level - Commercial activity in the social field: social enterprises - Planning, management control in non-profit organizations and social enterprises - Activities and tools for fund raising - Activities of internal and external communication and related communication strategies - Budget statement and Social budget
