The oral examination consists of an interview with the teacher.
The oral examination is designed to appreciate the level of understanding of the fundamental notions of the private law, the achievement by the student of an organic vision of the issues addressed, the ability to move in the system of the civil code and capture the dynamic aspects of private law topics, gathering influences and cohesion with the constitutional principles and the specific norms, also about ICT.
