Learning is verified through an oral test consisting of 4-5 questions relating to all parts of the program in order to evaluate the ability to frame sistematically the subject, the property of language, the ability to connect the different institutes, the clarity of presentation and the critical and analytical skills developed during the study. The evaluation is out of thirty.
For attending students there is a further verification method: after half of the course, the attending students are divided into teams made up of 3-4 students with the task of preparing analyzes of legal institutes covered by the course program and related insights with case studies according to the PBL mode, the work is carried out outside the teaching hours while the results obtained by each team are first shared with everyone through the exchange of the papers and then presented and discussed in the classroom. The assessment is individual and concerns the exposure by each team member. A judgment is attributed which is then considered in the final test in the assignment of the mark.
