Objectives
Contents The course will focus on the legal framework of the European Union and its institutional system. The issues related to the decision-making process, the sources, the relationship between the EU and the Italian legal system, the judicial protection will be particularly deepened. The preparation will include an analysis of the most relevant case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
Written exam (multiple choice and open questions, score expressed in thirtieths), aimed at ascertaining the knowledge and ability to interpret and analyze the policies and instruments of the European Union.
Partial verification tests: there is the possibility of a partial verification to facilitate the preparation of the final exam, reserved for attending students.
