Objectives Contents The course includes basic aspects of the psychology of attitudes, such as the structure, the functions, the psychological processes involved in their formation and those that facilitate or hinder change; the processes of persuasion, with theoretical reference models and both traditional and recent research paradigms. The course also examines aspects of particular interest for community and organizational life related to the expression of social attitudes, such as political attitudes, ethnic racial prejudice, sexism and ageism.
