The course is intended to provide basic psychological knowledge concerning cognitive functioning and human behavior. The aim is to offer
a theoretical framework to improve the ability to understand and interact with people.
The expected learning outcomes are:
- knowledge on cognitive functioning and its limits;
- improvement in communication skills and information management;
- improvement in relational skills.
The achievement of these outcomes will be checked during exams.
