Objectives

Acquisition of the theoretical and clinical foundations of the clinical assessment process; achievement of the first practical rudiments of projective methodology applicable in the psychopathological field.
The discussion will focus on the use of psychodiagnostic tools that respond to a psychodynamic approach, focusing attention on the Projective Methodology in some of its typical features (T.A.T, with reference to another complementary tool).

Extended Syllabus

The course aims to examine the assessment process from an essentially clinical perspective. A perspective that is inscribed in a concept of diagnosis oriented towards the complexity and singularity of the human being, aimed at analyzing the psychic world in its relations with the outside world.
The discussion will focus on the use of psychodiagnostic tools that respond to a psychodynamic approach, focusing attention on the Projective Methodology in some of its typical features (T.A.T, with reference to another complementary tool).

Specific part:
The study of a clinical protocol will be proposed to analyze the interpretative procedure leading to a diagnostic hypothesis with reference to the model of psychodynamic psychopathology.
