Objectives
Contents The course is divided into different training moments:
- an introductory analysis of the NHS and the different organizational models and brief legislative notes with reference to the establishment of the NHS, the first and second reforms and the corporatisation process;
- contextualization and analysis of the organization, through the main organizational theories (classical, behaviorist, systemic approach);
- the organizational system, through an in-depth examination of the different Organizational Variables (Organizational Structures, Operational Mechanisms and Management Style). This part of the course represents the heart of the training path.
The course concludes with the study of the Performance Cycle, with a detailed analysis of the provisions of the legislative decree of 27 October 2009, n. 150.
The concepts addressed during the lessons are contextualized in the specific context of the medical-health sector.
