to use the knowledge and skills acquired to apply them coherently in the design (in all its phases) of educational/training interventions aimed at the development of organisations and at the reduction and restraint of personal and social discomfort in an inclusive perspective.
- to develop a repertoire of conceptual, methodological and operational tools in order to profitably integrate one's own cultural and professional contribution into organisational contexts and socio-educational interventions aimed at overcoming experiences of fragility and social vulnerability planned and managed within the local services’ network.

Interaction with attending students will be proposed and granted, to the extent that they want to make use of it, the necessary space to search for and enhance the links between the cognitive-experiential heritage of the students and the course's cores.
