Contents The course aims to analyze the management problems - financial and non-financial - of banks.
To this purpose and in particular, the analysis develops along the following main strands:
The role and peculiarity of the management of risks in financial institutions;
The models' objectives, applications, and technical characteristics for measuring and managing risks.

In the classroom, the professor will provide additional didactic material for deepening.
Methods of Provision
Teaching Methods The course is structured during the 48 hours of frontal teaching, providing a strong interactive component between teacher and students.
Frontal teaching comprises theoretical lessons and seminars held by experts in the reference sector.
Participants will be asked to actively participate in classroom activities and discuss cases to be organized in small groups and in Job Assignments.
The frequency is optional and recommended, and the final test will be the Same for attending and non -attending.
The course is aimed at deepening methodologies of measurement and management of financial risks through the discussion of corporate cases and evaluation of the reliability and robustness of the metrics
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
The exam includes an oral test.
