General objective: at the end of the 1st year internship, the student must know the functions and duties of the dietician in the various areas of competence, learn about the bromatological composition of foods, develop diets with pre-established contents in energy and nutrients and food exchange lists; estimate the need for energy and nutrients by age groups of healthy individuals.
