-Students must have taken and passed all the exams of the first term of Year III as set out in their study plan.
Objectives
Contents -Know the value of the Evidence-based Practice for the decision-making process.
-Know the different forms of scientific evidence and supplement them with nursing knowledge, biological, psychological, sociocultural and human sciences that are useful to understand the needs of people of all ages, groups and communities; correlate teaching contents with the general and clinical nursing sciences in order to comprehend the intervention fields of Nursing , the clinical method, the intervention techniques and the scientific evidence available which directs decision-making;
-Develop skills in applying the Evidence-based Practice process.

Teaching Methods The course will be given via interactive frontal teaching with the support of Power Point materials for a total of 30 hours. In order to complete frontal activity, students can improve their theoretical training in the multimedia classroom through group exercises with materials purposefully arranged and evaluation forms; Drawing up of simple assistance plans and resolution of problems.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
Learning assessment is based on an oral test. Grades are based on a scale of 30 points. To establish the order in which the candidates have to be examined,specific needs of working students will be particularly taken into account.

-In order to pass the exam, students have to get a grade not lower than 18/30. To get a score equivalent to 30/30 e lode, they must prove to have acquired an excellent knowledge of all the topics treated during the course and to be able to link them in a logical and coherent way.
