Objectives

The aim of the course is to provide the basic knowledge of the theory and
practice of organizational design.To this end the main organizational theories and, through the use of case studies, the main organizational models will be analyzed.
At the end of the course students will be able to
- Identify the main problems of the organizational design.
- Understand the importance of coordination and teamwork
- develop critical thinking in the analysis and diagnosis of organizational problems.

Teaching Methods

The course is composed usually of 10 hours of lessons divided into 5 lessons of 2
hours per week.
Lessons will mainly focus on lectures except for the use of the remote mode if necessary. Attendance is strongly
recommended.

Evaluation methods

Verification of learning:

The exam will take place in
oral form on Microsoft Teams Platform. The final grade of the integrated course will be calculated as the average of the individual grades reported in each module (minimum
18/30) which make up the integrated course.
