Contents This is a free course chosen by the third year of the basic path in economics and management. Those who decide to follow it can deepen the organizational contents concerning the establishment and start of a new initiative (start-up). The course is the natural continuation of the course in business organization that the students do the previous year. In particular, we will devote ourselves to the development of the themes of the exercise of relational skills, of leadership, of the management of project teams during the start of the initiative,
Through the reading, analysis, commentary of documents, films and testimonials we will reflect with the participants on:
- the most appropriate "skills", "skills" and "intelligences" (entrepreneurial, managerial and leadership) to face the start-up and subsequent consolidation phases of a new business activity;
