Attendance at the ASL Chieti Sports Medicine service, to acquire skills in the areas of promotion, health education, and prevention.
Sampling sampling for bacteriological checks on foodstuffs, carried out at the microbiological analysis laboratory of the G. d'Annunzio University of Chieti.

2nd semester Attendance at the SIAN:
development of school menus with diversified menus;
experimentation regarding the promotion, implementation of health education and prevention projects;
compilation of questionnaires for the detection of habits and food consumption in the various age groups, with a report including the data collected.
Attendance in a department of medical area (general and specialist) at the ASL of Chieti, to carry out dietary assessment and diagnosis, definition of dietary intervention plan, monitoring and dietary evaluation.
Acquire skills and abilities to carry out nutritional screening, assessment of nutritional status, body composition and energy needs of the hospitalized patient.
Apprenticeship attendance at the Diabetes Center of the ASL of Chieti, for the evaluation and formulation of dietary programs for patients suffering from metabolic diseases.
Frequency of the Artificial Nutrition Service of the Local Health Unit of Chieti and the Pharmacy Service, to acquire skills in the field of artificial nutrition (enteral and parenteral).
Having read the pathologies related to aging by attending the dedicated clinic and nutritional screening to prevent malnutrition related to hospitalization with the application of the Nutrition Care Process.
