This course has been designed and structured in such a way as to be an important contribution to the particular study of economi aziendale, deepening the specific financial field.
The aim of the course is to provide the student with the necessary tools to understand the innumerable aspects that characterize the financial management system in relation to company activities, therefore in the light of the objectives set, the specific operating conditions and the market context with which the company interacts on a daily basis.
The course is structured in two parts to improve the understanding of the multiple aspects that characterize the internal and exogenous financial context of the company.
The first part deals with the most technical aspects such as planning, management and control of the company’s financial area. In the second part are treated the aspects inherent in the relationship with the corporate stakeholders, therefore linked to a specifically managerial concept.
