The exam will be held in oral form. The interview will focus on the topics indicated in the "Contents" section. The exam, through questions related to the contents of the course, is aimed at ascertaining the acquisition of a scientific language and knowledge of the fundamental categories of contract law of the company; it will be verified the ability to understand the legal problems underlying standard or adhesion bargaining. In the evaluation of the test, importance will be given to the following elements: knowledge of the institutes and related jurisprudential guidelines; the ability to make connections between the different parts of the program; the ability to develop critical arguments; the accuracy of the exposure; the conscious use of terminology. It is necessary before the exam, to subscribe to the relative list through the University computer system.
