The course deals with the issues of business law as an organizational model of capitalist production systems. The topics related to the notion of entrepreneur, to the different articulations of the business model and to the related disciplines are treated: commercial, agricultural, public, private, individual, collective, social. Issues relating to goods, the circulation and protection of ideas, and responsibilities are dealt with.
