The program covers: the system of national, European and international sources of trade union law, the notion of inter-union system, freedom of association, collective actors, workers' representatives in the workplace, trade union rights in companies and in public administrations, the collective agreement and its different functions, the rules of collective bargaining at different levels, the legal regulation of trade union activity in public work, consultation and European social dialogue, strikes and other forms of trade union struggle, lock-outs, the legal regulation of strikes in essential public services.
