Contents The course covers the main issues relating to the study of resources, the management of commodities (in terms of availability, transformation and utilization) in a sustainable perspective. Also analyzes the fundamental production cycles and the derived basic products.

Methods of Provision
Teaching Methods The course is structured in 48 hours of teaching. The teaching will be delivered through lectures that focus on topics of programme with occasional involvement of invited professional experts.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
The oral exam (score evaluated in thirtieth) aims to increase the level of knowledge of lectures topics covered also will evaluate the communication skills and the autonomy of the student's judgment.
