The Course aims to achieve the general learning objectives of the Degree Course by granting the legal knowledge of the legislation pertaining to private enterprise with particular reference to the Constitution, the Civil Code and related laws. The Course provides a complete and updated framework of the Italian private law system aimed at acquiring the knowledge and skills required by the professional profiles expected and consistent with the expected job opportunities.
At the end of the learning process, the student must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the private law system, as well as the ability to apply the acquired expertise to a concrete case, maturing an autonomous capacity for critical analysis that allows him to elaborate and argue (with full mastery of the proper legal language) the solutions to the many legal problems that the (internal or external) involvement in the business activity can pose.
