PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
The course provides the tools for understanding the most widespread systems of performance management.
The systems are analyzed in a dynamic context, less and less anchored to merely economic-financial concepts but linked to the most recent doctrines related to stakeholders' role. The aim is to relate the manager's vision to a context even more sustainable and heterogeneous.
The course is focused on the following aspects:
