The Master's Degree Program in Economics and Management is aimed at students who want to acquire advanced knowledge and skills both in the main functional areas and in the operational context of a business in which they will operate. The course is divided into 4 distinct areas (or curricula):1) Corporate finance. The aim of the course is to train graduates with high technical and professional skills, in particular in the areas of economic and financial analysis, performance measurement, companies’ evaluation, corporate finance, the recovery of companies in crisis and strategic management for the companies’ value creation;2) Management. The course aims to train graduates with high technical and professional skills, in particular in the areas of management and governance of innovation (including digital), entrepreneurship, sustainability, marketing, complexity management, and human resource management processes;3) Profession and Business Consulting. The aim of the course is to train graduates with high technical and professional skills, in particular in the areas of management control, management accounting, auditing, performance evaluation for companies and for business consultancy. 4) International Enterprise Information Management. The course is based on the double degree agreement with the University of University of Applied Sciences (HNU) of Neu-Ulm (Germany), and aims at training graduate students in managing business information at an international level, in a context of companies’ digital transformation.To facilitate the learning processes, the balancing of the lesson periods with those dedicated to the exams and the internationalization process, each year of the Course is divided into three terms and the provision of lessons is provided in each of the three addresses also in English. Study experiences abroad lasting between one month and one year are encouraged and company internships are encouraged (for example, the 2022 Double Degree agreement with the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences – HNU for the “International Enterprise Information Management (MSc)). The Course also provides for the possibility of obtaining a Double Degree with Cranfield University (UK) - School of Management thanks to the agreement stipulated in 2019. The involvement of operators from the working world (business, professions and public administration) and interactive forms of teaching are favored. The characteristics of the Course can be summarized as follows: a) Marked accounting and business content; b) Professional content and teaching methods; c) Interactive teaching; d) Articulation of the courses into three terms; d) Insertion of courses in English / IEIM course entirely in English; e) Integration between lessons and speeches by privileged operators and witnesses; f) Possibility to take advantage of the part-time provision of teaching, concluding the course of studies in four years, with a proportional reduction of the enrollment fees; g) Credits related to the internship item that can be acquired with traineeships at partner companies (including professional firms). For deserving students there is a Honor Course (excellence course) useful to ensure updating to the most advanced disciplinary knowledge, also in view of subsequent study cycles such as, for example, the PhD.
