Contents What is complexity and what is a complex system. Analysis of the dynamics of a complex system: structure, scheme and processes. The difference between complicated systems and complex systems. What does it mean to change the interpretative paradigm. Networks of relationships and emergence of collective behavior. Emergence of new and different operating properties of the systems. The principles of self-organization. Network properties. Quantity and quality: level jumps. The pyramid of logical levels. Organizational reflexes and management processes of complex organizational systems.
