1) Educational objectives.
The teaching of History of Contemporary Thought aims to introduce students to some of the more representative thinkers
and to some of the most relevant philosophical currents
of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, as well as to deepen the thought of Arthur Schopenhauer
2) Expected learning outcomes.
2.1) Knowledge: knowledge of the development of contemporary thought.
2.2) Ability: ability to expose the aforementioned knowledge.
2.3) Autonomy of judgment: ability to critically examine
the different philosophical perspectives, in relation to their historical context
