The course aims to provide students with knowledge about the role that the Human Resource Management function plays within companies. The objective of the first part of the course is to study the actions and interactions of individuals and groups in organizations, to understand and predict their individual, group and organizational performance, to explain their functioning by identifying possible areas for improvement. The objective of the second part of the course is to provide students with the skills and practical tools of organizational intervention necessary to work within the human resources function, ie to effectively manage staff and be mature "consumers" of services offered by the function.
The course aims to provide students with knowledge about antecedents of organization behavior on the workplace; Tools for the strategic HR management.

PARTE 2: Tools for the strategic HR management 7 – Job analysis; 8 – Recruiting; 9 – Careers; 10 – Performance evaluation; 11 – Compensation; 12 – Training.
