Objectives

Acquisition of the basic and operational knowledge on the contents of the course. In particular, the course is aimed at the training of the students in such a way as to allow them to know how to plan and choose, in case of administrative action that may constitute a risk of damage or an actual damage, the most appropriate instrument of protection / prevention.

- Administrative justice: notion and historical evolution
- the different positions of the individuals in their relationship with the public administration
- the constitutional principles on the protection of the individuals against the public administration
- the ordinary jurisdiction on the activity of the public administration
- the administrative appeals
- the administrative jurisdiction
- the demand in the administrative process
- preliminary elements for the study of the administrative process
- the first instance trial
- the interim protection
- the judgment and the appeals

- the administrative executive judgment and its enforcement

Oral exam with possibility of discussing case studies chosen by the student as a way to integrate the oral exam. The final evaluation is expressed in thirtieths
