Knowledge and ability to understand: the course aims to explain the main notions of financial market law, with particular reference to the banks and the investment firms, bank contracts, payment services, financial intermediation operations, regulated markets.
Applying knowledge and understanding: at the end of the course the student must have learned the main legislative texts and must be able to apply them to concrete cases.
Autonomy of judgment: the student must be able to explain the main aspects of the subject in oral form and to make interdisciplinary connections with subjects which study the same phenomena from an economic point of view.
The contents of the course therefore constitute an important contribution to the achievement of the educational objectives of the entire course of study, such as in particular the knowledge of the functioning and role of financial institutions and the regulatory and supervisory authorities.
