TRAINING OBJECTIVES
The course aims at providing students with the basics of private law, in particular with reference to its patrimonial aspects.
Expected learning outcomes:
the student will acquire a good knowledge and understanding of the private legal system in its fundamental institutions, with the ability to use the basic juridical lexicon and to navigate in the civil code and the complementary legislation.
The student will acquire the ability to apply knowledge and understanding, by focusing the case of point in the frame of the legal paradigms, for a right definition and appropriate solution of elementary practical cases, with particular reference to property rights topics and the business law.
Independent judgement:
The student will develop logical skills useful for the interpretation of normative texts and acts of private autonomy.
Communication skills:
Training of the ability to argue, explain and use the acquired lexicon
Learning ability:
The student will be able to carry out basic juridical research and to write legal acts on simple cases.
