The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of the theory and
practice of organizational design. To this end, we will examine key
organizational models, external and internal variables influencing design
choices, and the main tools available to companies to measure and
enhance organizational performance. At the end of the course, students
should be able to:
Identify key issues characterizing organizational design.
Understand the importance of communication and teamwork.
Develop critical thinking skills in the analysis and diagnosis of
organizational problems.
Cultivate skills in change management and adaptation to new challenges.
