The course aims to allow TPALL to be able to recognize any organizational elements that may endanger the employee’s health and safety from a psychological point of view (eg, in terms of attention, risk perception, memory , negative emotions, stress, etc.).
Thanks to the fundamentals of general psychology, the TPALL will achieve the basic elements: a) to manage the contents of a safety training (designing them by taking into account the functioning of memory and attention, for example); b) to understand the [human, psychological] factors that may influence risk perception; while Thanks to the fundamentals of organizational psychology, the TPALL will achieve the basic elements c) to recognize the elements of the safety culture and the possible presence of psycho-social risk factors, such as work-related stress. These elements are necessary to carry out an adequate assessment of the WRS risk through the INAIL methodology (one of the available methods that can be used and addressed during the course).
