The aim of the course is to allow the student to acquire the fundamental knowledge related to the main theoretical and applicative aspects of Bioengineering. In particular, the main biomedical instrumentation, the acquisition and analysis of biomedical signals and the modern biomedical imaging techniques will be illustrated together with their applications to clinical and research fields. The student will develop the ability to evaluate the limits and strength of the discussed techniques critically and independently.
