TEACHING OBJECTIVES
After recalling the main concepts of competitive strategy and strategic dynamics, the course aims to develop skills of analysis and diagnosis in participants in order to generate skills that can contribute to the strategic management of firms
TEACHING METHODS
Teaching activity will develop through lectures, seminars and frontal lessons; interactive teaching methods and analysis of case studies will be used, in order to stimulate learning skills and personal skills.
