Knowledge:
Theoretical and practical knowledge will be provided on thermodynamics (Carnot cycle, Otto cycle, Rankine cycle, Inverse cycles), thermal exchange phenomena (conduction, convection, irradiation), humid air thermodynamics (psychrometric quantities, summer air conditioning, winter air conditioning), acoustics (sound sources, the acoustics of open environments, indoor acoustics) and lighting technology (photometric quantities, lighting design, natural lighting). All with particular reference to the physics of the built.
COMPETENCES:
The student will have to acquire full knowledge of the theoretical topics addressed by developing correlation skills between the various physical aspects that characterize the acquired knowledge. The Student will also have to develop application skills of theoretical knowledge on practical examples involving the technical physics of the building.
