Objectives

The training course aims to raise awareness of the main regulatory instruments regulating the procedures of territorial transformation in their various elements (landscape, environment, infrastructure, towns, etc.).

Contents

- competencies and subjects in town planning Law;
- safeguarding function;
- substantive regulation function;
- planning function (urban planning, general town planning, urban management function, consensual urban planning, supra-municipal urban planning);
- land and building ownership;
- control function;
- sanctioning function

Teaching Methods

Front lectures with discussion of power point presentations on course content, exam of case studies / measures, periodic exercises for ongoing assessment of learning, intervention of public administrators with the aim of illustrating specific cases related to town planning

Evaluation methods

Verification of learning:

The six ordinary exam sessions of the academic year will be divided as follows:
- first, second, fourth and fifth: exclusively written exam (mixed test, multiple choice and open question);
- third and sixth: exclusively oral exam.
The additional 3 recovery exam sessions will be held in oral form.
The evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.
