Objectives
Contents The aim of this course is to provide the second year students with the basic contents to frame their studies in the organizational field. Three major themes: the first is that related to the organizational (social) and personal (emotional) role that each individual performs within a community that is organized to achieve a goal. How do you perceive and how do you perceive others? The second is that related to the responsibility of the action that manifests itself at different levels given the ecosystem effects of organizational action. Finally, the third concerns the personal and group power to govern transformations and to manage everyone's management and leadership power within relational dynamics.
