Methods of Provision Teaching Methods Frontal lesson and practise.To encourage learning, dialogue and active participation will be encouraged, alternating with classical lectures, exercises, group work and guided discussions.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
Oral examination. The evaluation will consider: the knowledge and understanding of the arguments developed; the ability to organize knowledge discursively and to grasp the logical connections between the aspects considered; the ability to analyze the methods of management and enhancement of the human capital; competence in the use of managerial vocabulary; the correctness and relevance of the exhibition; the argumentative effectiveness of the answer; the ability to develop a personal vision of debated issues.
