The course is part of the training course of the three-year degree course in philosophy and educational sciences, providing the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage relational dynamics in the business environment. Considering the importance of human resources in the business context, the course aims to offer students the tools and methods necessary for the enhancement of human capital. At the end of the course, the student will have achieved the following objectives in terms of: knowledge and understanding: - identify the different models of management and enhancement of human capital; - illustrate the systems of selection, motivation and reward of human resources; - manage internal conflicts effectively. Autonomy of judgment: - use the knowledge acquired to set up a system to enhance human capital. Communication skills: - participate in the solution of problems concerning the management of human capital.

Frontal lesson and practise.To encourage learning, dialogue and active participation will be encouraged, alternating with classical lectures, exercises, group work and guided discussions.
Oral examination. The evaluation will consider: the knowledge and understanding of the arguments developed; the ability to organize knowledge discursively and to grasp the logical connections between the aspects considered; the ability to analyze the methods of management and enhancement of the human capital; competence in the use of managerial vocabulary; the correctness and relevance of the exhibition; the argumentative effectiveness of the answer; the ability to develop a personal vision of debated issues.
