Objectives

Contemporary societies, especially advanced countries, are witnessing a relevant process: the technological upgrading and innovation driven by digitization. Every actors of the digitization process are involved in developing and shaping the digital society of the 21st century.
The transition to a digital society will be not so easy. The technological advancement could make possible to achieve skill upgrade thanks promoting policies aimed at reskilling these workers, at preparing the workforce for tomorrow and at making the young people fit for the coming digital society

Contents

the course aims at highlighting what is a knowledge society, the today social transformations. The focus is also on educational policies, training and other services to be implemented
