Module II) Investment firms and their activity. Financial instruments. Investment services rules. Financial markets. Payment services. ATM service. Credit cards. Digital money. The supervision and the crisis of banks and investment firms.

The exam consists of one or more preliminary and optional written tests and a final oral examination.
The evaluation takes into account both the preliminary written tests and the oral examination.
