The course aims to provide the necessary tools for micro-macro analysis of the tourism sector and activities related to its organization. It is aimed at understanding the dynamics of tourism development and the policies adopted at the national and international level. The course aims to highlight the factors underlying the success and decline of tourist destinations, evaluating the impact they have generated within the economic system.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The student, with the acquisition of the credits, will have to be able to understand the important role that the development of tourism plays for the economy of a country.

At the end of the course, students will be able to apply the knowledge to evaluate different socioeconomic aspects of the tourism sector and to analyze the current interrelationships with other economic sectors.
