The Developmental Genetics course will deal with topics focused on the study of the genetic bases of embryonic development in particular of the neurogenesis process.
Topics such as the genetics of autism, mental retardation and diseases of sexual development will be analyzed.
Particular interest will be devoted to the psychological problems related to the execution of genetic tests and to the management of patients' psychological problems during the genetic counseling.
