The course will allow even Students who have not specific knowledge on the subject to reach the indicated educational objectives. There is no preliminary knowledge required.
Objectives
Contents The course intends to offer, from a theoretical and methodological point of view, topics related to the strategic framework of organization, management and provision of personal services, highlighting its particular nature and social function in the broader context of the process of setting up public and private companies. To this end, the foundational matrices and the morphogenetic dynamics of these structures will be identified, with the appropriate emphasis on the operational and executive dimensions of the social-welfare services, until reaching the regulation of the accesses and the objective practices of professional legitimation, especially those relating to authorizations and accreditation, intended as a formal and substantial completion of the community welfare system and participated between the public and the third sector.
Extended Syllabus Systematic articulation of the main morphogenetic models that have given rise to operational practices and social innovation in the institutions of the local welfare system, able to face the risks and situations of hardship typical of the various social groups and areas of social and health integration, also in relation to the dynamics of social change and consequently, of protection policies.
In particular, the course will present the following arguments to the students:
1. The process of structuring the institutions and the socio-medical companies
2. Relational models for defining the social-assistance organizations
3. Types of internalisation and outsourcing of the services
4. Levels of access and profiles of user
5. Identification of the main methods of recognition and legitimation
6. Development of planning and organization of services in innovative territorial and institutional networks.

Teaching Methods The course includes 36 hours of lessons divided into 3 weekly lessons of 2 hours. Teaching will be offered through lectures, educational seminars with the participation of experts and professionals, use of lecture notes, slides and other in-depth scientific and bibliographical material during the lessons, also on an e-learning platform made available by the Teacher.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
Verification: Oral examination, carried out through questions concerning the teaching program carried out by the lecturer in the classroom and the topics of the texts foreseen therein and treated during the lessons.
Evaluation: votes expressed in thirtieths.
The examination procedures are the same for attending and non-attending students.
