There are no specific prerequisite constraints, nor specific knowledge and skills necessary for a profitable learning. Previous knowledge about the fundamentals of work and health psychology can however favor a better approach to the subject.
Objectives
Contents The course RELATIONSHIPS AND COUNSELING IN EDUCATIONAL AND WORKING CONTEXTS is aimed at making students aware of the contents of occupational health psychology, in particular as regards the psychological, social and relational aspects that can impact on the quality of working life, well-being and work-related stress.
Provide knowledge about the areas of intervention of the occupational health psychologist, the analysis tools applicable to the quality of organizational life and the main tools for prevention and health promotion.

Teaching Methods The course will be articulated through the use of lectures that present the theoretical contents and case discussions. Students will also be offered to in group, in order to deepening of the topics dealt with. Testimonials from professionals will also be provided for the presentation of tools and application methods in the context of both occupational health and organizational counseling.
Evaluation methods Verification of learning:
The final test consists of a written test with both closed and open answer questions. The students will have the opportunity to integrate the grade with the oral exam.
