In order to access this class, students need to have oral and written comprehension and production skills corresponding to Level C1.1 of CEFR for Spanish.
In order to sit the exam for this class, students must have passed the 1st year exam Spanish Language I.
Objectives
Contents The class consists of two modules:
MODULE 1 (Prof. Piccioni): introduction (both theoretical and applied) to the main concepts developed within the paradigm of the Pragmatics of Spanish. The focus will be on the acquisition, analysis and practice of the following topics:
Speech acts theory
Politeness and impoliteness
Pragmatic variation in the Hispanic world
MODULO 2 (Prof.ssa Pomponio): introduction (both theoretical and applied) to the main concepts developed in the teaching of Spanish language, with particular attention to the following topics:
The protagonists of the teaching / learning process;
Preparation of the activities: programming, planning and evaluation;
Realization of didactic learning units.

ORAL EXAM

Teaching Methods The course consists of: (a) classes held by the instructor(s); (b) practical sessions held by the lector(s).
The classes offered by the instructor(s) are both lectures (aimed at providing the necessary theoretical background) and seminars (with students' active participation).
The practical sessions with the lector(s) are highly interactive and are necessary to acquire the language skills needed to successfully complete the final exam.
For these reasons, attendance of both the instructors' and lectors' classes is strongly recommended.

The syllabus is valid for the whole 2021/2022 academic year (until the
