In order to achieve of the general learning objectives of the Degree Course, the Course provides the students (destined to work in private and public companies, in the third sector and in public administrations) a complete and updated description of the civil liability which, in recent years, has undergone a rapid evolution and profound changes.
At the end of the Course:
- Knowledge and understanding: Students have to understand the fundamental aspects of Italian Civil Liability system, placing them in relation with the axiology of the Italian legal system.
- Applying knowledge and understanding: students are able to use principles, categories and the contents of the Course to understand doctrinal issues or to elaborate pratical solutions regarding concrete legal cases.
- Making judgements: students are able to demonstrate skill in the analysis of principles, categories and topics studied.
- Communication skills: students are able to adequately communicate and clearly explain the contents of the Course and the results of the study, by using a proper legal language.
- Learning skills: students must master the disciplinary, conceptual and operational tools in order to independently apply and update the acquired knowledge. Students are also able to link - using normative, jurisprudential and doctrinal sources - what they have learned in the context of other teachings of the Degree Course.
