Objectives

The course aims to develop theoretical knowledge and applied understanding of EMU. Under the first profile, students will be able to discuss the different doctrinal positions on the interactions between legal systems and the role of the different actors in composite procedures, and to interpret and describe them independently. Under the second profile, students will be equipped with operational competence in relation to the different components of the EMU, and will be able to activate the knowledge acquired in specialized professional contexts.
